What “Ex-US” Actually Means
Several of our smartphones are listed as “Ex-US.” This means the device was originally purchased and used in the United States, then professionally refurbished to Grade A condition before being imported.
Here's what Grade A Ex-US means at MobiTower International:
- The device powers on and functions perfectly across all features
- The screen has no cracks, deep scratches, or dead pixels
- The battery holds at least 85% of original capacity
- All buttons, ports, cameras, and speakers work as they should
- The device has been factory reset — it carries no previous user data
- It comes with a fresh charging cable and adapter
Ex-US devices are not stolen, not blocked, and not counterfeit. They are genuine Apple, Samsung, and other branded devices — the same hardware sold in official stores — at 20–40% less than brand-new retail price.
Our Warranty
Every product at MobiTower International comes with a warranty — no exceptions.
- Smartphones (Ex-US): 6-month warranty
- Smartphones (Brand New): Manufacturer warranty applies
- Laptops: 6-month to 12-month warranty depending on model
- Audio & Accessories: 3-month warranty
- Gaming Consoles: 6-month warranty

How We Source Our Products
We source directly from verified importers and authorised distributors. We do not buy from street markets, online classifieds, or unverified wholesalers. Every shipment is inspected before going onto our shelves.
For brand-new products, we work with authorised Kenya distributors for Samsung, Apple, Sony, HP, Lenovo, Canon, and other brands.
Our Physical Address
We are not an online-only shop. We have a physical location you can walk into, see the product before buying, and return to if anything goes wrong.
