Return Policy

At MobiTower Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items (e.g., in-ear headphones if opened, for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mobitoweraccesories.com or call us at +254 728 882 910.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via M-Pesa or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
